Spaghetheology

It's true, the Flying Spaghetti Monster exists. Here's how:

1. Flying Spaghetti Monster exists in the understanding but not in reality. (Assumption for reductio)

2. Existence in reality is greater than existence in the understanding alone. (Premise)

3. A being having all of Flying Spaghetti Monster's properties plus existence in reality can be conceived. (Premise)

4. A being having all of Flying Spaghetti Monster's properties plus existence in reality is greater than Flying Spaghetti Monster (From (1) and (2).)

5. A being greater than Flying Spaghetti Monster can be conceived. (From (3) and (4).)

6. It is false that a being greater than Flying Spaghetti Monster can be conceived. (From definition of "Flying Spaghetti Monster".)

7. Hence, it is false that Flying Spaghetti Monster exists in the understanding but not in reality. (From (1), (5), (6).)

8. Flying Spaghetti Monster exists in the understanding. (Premise, to which even the Fool agrees.)

9. Hence Flying Spaghetti Monster exists in reality. (From (7), (8).)

Wow, I totally see everything in a brand-new light now.

How can people be so blind? Why can't people see that he gave us everything?

Notes:

I pulled the original ontological argument from here.
