Sifting Around The Web 6

-Due to PETA's recent judgement call, Nicole Richie just turned into my favorite celebrity.

-People like Malachi Ritscher make life easier for terrorists. As far as I'm concerned, his suicide is one more death in the name of Allah. Observe part of his suicide note.
"Here is the statement I want to make: if I am required to pay for your barbaric war, I choose not to live in your world. I refuse to finance the mass murder of innocent civilians, who did nothing to threaten our country," he wrote in his suicide note. "... If one death can atone for anything, in any small way, to say to the world: I apologize for what we have done to you, I am ashamed for the mayhem and turmoil caused by my country."[source:]

-Malachi Ritscher, much like the Buddhist monk who also used self-immolation to protest the Vietnam war, accomplished absolutely nothing with his actions.

-This video is awesome:

-Aside from Kerry getting his ass handed to him by John Bolton in the video above, Kerry ranked dead last in a recent likability poll.

-Regarding the video; who's uneducated now?

-Through dePlume Daily I have learned about a 3rd grade teacher's disgusting attempt to deface America.
"Teacher Bill Morgan walks into his third-grade class wearing a black Pilgrim hat made of construction paper and begins snatching up pencils, backpacks and glue sticks from his pupils. He tells them the items now belong to him because he "discovered" them. The reaction is exactly what Morgan expects: The kids get angry and want their things back."[source:]

-I guess he forgot how Thanksgiving was a peaceful event between the settlers and the Indians, but whatever.

-Europe is all but finished. If it doesn't act soon (and it better), it will be left in ruins.

-Get your DDT t-shirt now over at Junk Science.

-These shirts are so popular that even the original human-hating environmentalist, Rachel Carson, couldn't live without one!

-Thanks for the continual spread of malaria throughout - mostly - the third world Mrs. Carson. Where would we be without you?
