-Remember the old saying, "More money, more problems"? Apparently Uncle Sam hasn't. The government shouldn't have forgotten how the Susan B. Anthony dollar was often confused with the standard quarter. It may work (because it's gold) and it may not, time will tell.

-Why didn't I vote for the Left? Mostly because Democrats want to push their socialist agenda through increased taxes and they sell-out America whenever the opportunity presents itself. Another reason why I did not vote for the Left is because some of them stand for return the draft. New York Democratic Rep. Charles Rangel:

"There's no question in my mind that this president and this administration would never have invaded Iraq, especially on the flimsy evidence that was presented to the Congress, if indeed we had a draft, and members of Congress and the administration thought that their kids from their communities would be placed in harm's way."[source:http://tinyurl.com/y4dckm]

-I'm also glad to know that Charles Rangel is the on his way to becoming next chairman of the House Ways and Means committee, which is better know as the tax-writing committee. These upcoming years should be real fun for everyone, especially businesses.

-I would write something more about Rangel and the draft, but Gus Van Horn has already covered all the bases.

-As I said before, it seems as if no one, anywhere, feels like condemning evil anymore. Saddam Hussein, who was a horrible dictator, gets so much unnecessary lee-way.

"Human Rights Watch said Monday that the trial of former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein was not carried out fairly, calling the verdict "questionable" and saying the Iraqi court was not equipped to handle such a complex case."[source:http://tinyurl.com/y26lfr]

-The only thing I see that's complex in this issue is Human Rights Watch's ability to lie to themselves on how Saddam Hussein even deserved a fair trial in the first place.

-Tonight I had the displeasure of watching Aaron McGruder talk in his speech labeled "Ethics In Dissent". If you didn't already know, Aaron McGruder is a huge waste of space, time, and consideration of any kind. The only reason I sat through his statements was because I have an assignment due in my public speaking class. Unfortunately, this speech was the one necessary for me to complete my assignment.

-George Weller deserves to go to prison for his actions. This is not going to be the case; it looks like justice is being kept on the backburner (as usual).

-Nancy Pelosi is on the ball:

-How do you plan to "relieve the middle class", and at who's expense? Call me crazy, but I have a feeling it's going to be at the expense of as Democrats like to say, "big business".
